I would like to start by saying from the beginning to the end Nivia held my hand to assure me that her job was to keep me from feeling stressed or pressured with this entire process. Sometimes in the Real Estate business, you can get caught up not knowing the in's and out's. Nivia was fabulous I couldn't have had a better person to be my Realtor. Nivia sold my house and assisted me with buying my next home, we had double issues going on at once. But she reassured me and I could not have done this without her. Personally, she was my backbone because I was ready to throw the towel in. Two closings were scary OMG.
